Records and points updates?

i would like to know what the **** is taking so long for the records and points to be updated on the nmra website?
i don't mean to be rude but this is kind of rediculous.

In Real Street's case, they are waiting for one of them AFM boys to reset it. Then, it will be updated lickty split. :D;)
