Rear Drag Slicks

I have a 1991 mustang gt and was wondering if 28x9x15 drag slicks would fit under the car without cutting the fenders. If anyone has done this let me know . Thanks

i have 28x10.5 on my car the only thing i did was slightly bend the lip and massage with a hammer the inner well so it doesntnt rub .it doesnt rub at all only when im turning on the return road and thats very little
