Maple Grove Event Transfers!
To all racers and ticket holders that attended the Maple Grove NMRA event that was postponed until next year due to rain. We hope that all of you are aware of the voucher redemption system that NMRA and Maple Grove Raceway put into effect after the rain delay. We are aware that some of you want to attend the NMRA event at Route 66 the end of July, and use your voucher credit in Chicago. We have contacted Maple Grove and worked out a way to do this. First off you must still send your tickets to Maple Grove, then please request that you voucher be transferred to the Route 66 Chicago event. The tickets must reach Maple Grove in time for them to let us know via Fax or e-mail. The cut off day for them to roll your voucher to the Chicago event is July 23, 2003. When you do this you will not receive a voucher, but your request will be honored at Route 66 Raceway. We will set up your entry and/or crew passes to be picked up at the gate in Chicago. Please be sure to confirm this transaction prior to the Chicago event by contacting Mr... Ed Jantz at (714)444-2426 #115 prior to Wednesday July 23rd.
IF YOU HAVE ALREADY SENT YOUR TICKETS TO MAPLE GROVE BUT DID NOT INDICATE THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO USE YOUR CREDIT FOR CHICAGO. PLEASE INFORM KATHY AT MAPLE GROVE OF THIS IMMEDIATELY BY CALLING HER DIRECTLY.
Please make sure that the tickets get there in time to do this.
If you do not want to use your voucher for Chicago, you will be sent a voucher as per the original information that was E-mailed. The voucher can then be sent into ProMedia along with a completed pre-entry form indicating which event you would like your credit applied too.
