I work for Quarter Master Industries, and we are now entering the street and drag strip market. We offer a ultra light weight clutch assembly, for the 86-95 Mustang 5.0/5.8 liter's, that has either a aluminum or steel flywheel. The assembly will have either a sprung hub or solid in both 1-1/16 x 10 or 1-5/32 x 26 splines.
The torque capacity for the clutches are: 500 for sprung and 800+ for solid.
We will be releasing it at SEMA 2003.
The weights are from 18.00 pounds for the aluminum solid hub unit to 23.75 pounds for the steel sprung hub unit.
Please email me with any questions and I can also send out some more information on it.
