What is the correct way to connect switch with remote terminals to recharge the battery?

Unless you run one of the race only type batteries, here is something I had thought of.
Buy a battery with both top and side mount provisions. Hook up the car to one set and the charger to the other. No need to use a kill switch in between the charger and battery.
Another route is to run cables to the top post terminal and use an eyelet in between the nut and the terminal.
Hopefully someone has better ideas. LOL
