Usually they are only good for 2 years then you can have them re-stiched and certified by the manufacture or buy new....

when they do run out and as long as all the metal hardware is in perfect shape i get them rewebbed. saved about $60.00 over the price of a new set. i also had them add 3" to each side of the shoulder harness which there was no additional cost.
