I'm planning on swapping out my Pro shifted Tremec set up for a glide set up (will have parts for sale soon), I'm wanting to know from people who have swapped a few things. 1) will this tranny work with a stock crossmember any mods need to be done?
2) I have a Mac 3" Pro chamber any clearence probs. there also I have L/T headders. 3) I have a Motorsport alum. driveshaft will this need to be shortend, the yoke changed or what needs to be done there? Also what about tranny lines,a cooler if needed, any help will be greatly appreciated, you can post here or email me at c88-408gt2@excite.com
PS parts will be Pro Shifted Tremec 3550 with a TKO input shaft just freshend by liberty 2 passes and 6 pulls on the dyno, Pro 5.0 shifter Mcleod blowproff bell, Motorsport flywheel(may need turned I will know later and have it done),and a SPEC stage 3 pressure plate, I think the clutch disc is gone, still in the car but will be for sale soon.
