View Full Version : what plugs to run in GT40p heads???

I have a 306 with gt40p heads track heat intake 70mm TB 76mm mass air 30lbs inj. Your standard street setup....But, I have a 125 to 175 horse nitrous works wet kit ( single fogger nozzle )
that i am putting on it and i want to know what plugs should i
use for the 175 shot???? I want to stay with NGK plugs if i can...

also should i change plugs to go up to 200 horse ?? please help
if you can... part numbers on the plugs if you know them

Thanks I use motorcraft plugs in my "P" heads. They use the same plugs as the reg GT-40. The stock cobra plug is AWSF32C, next colder is AWSF22C, and colder yet AWSF12C. The 22's should work for your application.

in GT40p heads using this amount of nitrous ??? I've used NGK plugs with way more than a 200hp shot, they work fine. Also I've used the Autolite, Motorcraft, and NGK in the same motor, same ET's, just use whats available.
