What is the standard size for feeding and removing the oil from a turbo this size? When i baught the car it had a 4an feed and 8an return line. The turbo shop that inspected my turbo said it was wayyyyyyyy undersized. The shop stated a min. of a 6an feed and 10an return. Is this true? Thanx

I would agree with the use of a -10 line or greater on the oil return line, but as for the supply line! However, a -4 line would work. The use of a -6 line is going to let more volume of oil into the unit on the other hand if you have a stock oil pump this will cause a drop in pressure in the oil supply line to the turbo/blower. Tricky question do you lose a little pressure for volume or stick with pressure and loose volume? Here is what I use(T-88) a -6 oil feed line and -10 oil drain line......With a high volume oil pump, and 7quart canton pan. Hope this helps......A really want a straight answer send an email to ALAN at ProTurboKits.com:D
