In California, oh man great looking seats, but what's the red thing around the headrest on the seat on the right?

its not on the seat.. its a macy's type paper bag on the table behind the seat, the red thing is the cord style handle hanging over.

the picture makes the seats look stained, they aren't but could use a good cleaning.

shipping would prolly be more then what you're looking to pay.
