I understand that, but the small block twin 88mm turbo automatic has to throw on an extra 200lbs to race with the NMCA Super Street 10.5 class, which puts them up to 3200lbs. I don't know of anyone who is going to strap that much weight on.

Shame 1 group doesnt own multiple series like NMRA and NMCA. If someone did I would hope they are smart enough to make the rules much more similar to promote crossover between their two series.

Yeah, that's freaking heavy, and at the very edge of our chassis certifications. After all, my 25.2 chassis is only certified to 3200lbs. So, if I actually want to be compliant with all rules, and adhere to SFI Foundation guidelines, I must weigh not more than 3200lbs, and not less than 3200lbs.

Can I get a sponsor for Ex-Lax and pizza at the same race?

The more I think about it, that's too heavy for all you other twin turbo cars...you shouldn't show up. In fact, no one but black twin turbo Mustang's that haven't run sixes are allowed to participate, the way I interpret the rules.

Does that mean I have to paint the new car black?:p

No, you should leave it primer, or green, or red, or whatever color it is John. I've seen what you do with a single turbo car, I don't want to think you're putting on twins...are you?

Chip, I will take that as a compliment (I think..LOL:D ). Yes the new car will have twins on it with some BF202's. Got to try to keep up with the rest of ya.;)
