Cubic Inch Question

Taking the NMRA Drag Radial max cubic inch of 360 for turbo and blower applications. Is it best to build a 302 based stroker or a windsor based stroker? What are the pros and cons of both motors? Which of the two motors would make the most power and torque?
Any information on this subject will be greatly appreciated.
