Which one is better if one is? I have the choice of gettin either one of these, and wanted to know which one is better. I have been told by more than one person the Fidanza flywheels warp badly and dont line up right with the starters!! Thanx guys

I Would Go With The Cyn-r-gy And Teddy Is The Hook Up For That.

Stephen, I have the Fidanza and it was perfect when the car was running. I was launching at 6800 and it isn't warped and I didn't have any issues with the starter. From what I have heard the steel friction disc is replaceable but I haven't priced one. I had not seen a Cyn-r-gy flywheel until after I installed the Fidanza. I like the idea of a segmented friction surface though. If I had the money I would go with the Cyn-r-gy. Have you priced one? I guess Teddy sells them or has contacts since they are a sponsor.

I have the Fidanza Flywheel in my car. I didn't have any warp issues last year or starter line up problems. I did order a new friction disc to replace the used one. I got mine thru AFM (Brian"k") i don't have any complaints as of yet.

I bought my Cyn-R-Gy flywheel that was semi used, Its a great looking piece I might add. I love the segmented friction surface, and this thing revs quickly. I belive Cyn-R-Gy flywheels retail for 499.95, and the rebuild is 125.00. I belive thats the lightest flywheel too, 11.5lbs

Fidanza i believe is the lightest 10.85 lbs....Both are good flywheels...now you just have to weigh the price options..

I know the scales are not accurate but this is a weight comparison between my old FMS billet steel FW and my new Fidanza. I took the picture in Jan 05.

I weighed my steel flywheel and it was 24lbs, vs 11.5 alum.
