competition license???

Hey everyone. Does anybody know where you can go to get a competition license in the MIDWEST? I live in Wisconsin so it is not a prob to travel to the surounding states.

If anyone has some insight could you please post up? Do not know how low an ET this license gets you but looking to go low 8's this summer.
