How important is match flowing injectors? Just wondering because I am looking at buying a set of 165 injectors new for a decent price but they are have not been matched, so I am wondering if it is a good deal? Also where is a good place to get a set done and how much whould it run? Thanks, Mike.

The 160's I've seen can vary roughly 8 lbs/hr in flow. So if you've got a set of 8, they can flow anywhere from like 157 to 165. This can be tough to tune depending on your equipment. If you buy a flow matched set, they'll flow like 157-158 or 164-165, won't matter as much so long as that all the cylinders are fairly close to one another. You can pay to have the unmatched set flowed, which will then tell you what cylinders to adjust if you have individual cyl. control, but there may go your savings for buying a set un-matched.

Hope that helps somehow,
Brian

Thanks for the info. I checked with Precision and they said 15.00 each. I think it would be worth it! Mike
