Block off the holes in a GT bumper cover

Anyone done this, any tips measurements or so on, new ones like this are too expensive.

When we had our '89 GT a few years ago I used fog light covers from Mustangs Unlimited. They were made to fit into the GT's irregular shaped opening and stayed put pretty well. Weren't very expensive either. Try their website and see if those will work for you.
