What spring rates do I need for the front and rear in my car with coil overs? Its an 85 Gt, lightened up, will have an aluminum 32v 4.6 with a turbo in the front. Not much in the back other than a fuel cell and battery

You need to weigh your car and find out where the weight is...That will determine what the desired spring weight is on the rear...I have a 89 hatch with a glass rear hatch and most of my weight is on the front...My spring weight is 95# on the rear to make the car squat and launch, and I have coilovers on the rear...
