Just seeing if anyone is using it. I like the adjustability of it, but it seems to be off by a few hundred RPM. I set it at 6500 and it only goes to about 6100 or so on my tach. Not sure if this was a common issue or not?
thanks

I always used it. Was way better than the MSD one. Shuts of fuel and spark in a round robin fashion. VERY smooth. It's normal not to see the 6500 rpm on the tach.... the tach signal runs off of the coil being fired... the EPEC isn't firing the coil for every plug.

Thanks for the reply Mike. That's what Dale from the Swill crew told me too, he said it worked great for them.
Does the MSD 2-step have the same effect on the tach? I thought I remembered it reading real close to the same RPM pill that I used back when the MSD setup was on it, but could easily be mistaken. I'll set the EPEC one where I want it and try not to pay attention to the tach.
thanks again,
-Drew
