thats as close to the noids as it gets , right ?

As close to the solenoids as possible. You want liquid nitrous, not air or gas, right at the solenoids.

so i would need 2 purge solenoids , one for each nitrous solenoid ?

You can use one solenoid. Just tee the purge lines together and run them to the purge solenoid.
