edlebrock plates?

anybody running the edlebrock plate kit? if so what flowing fuel psi is workin best for you and are you using the outta the box jetting? I have a victor x bar plate and a performer plate on another car that I need advise on! thanks!

I'm running the performer plate using 5psi fuel and flopping the factory recc. jetting.so the 250 shot is more like a 275.With 26* it is still running on the fat side.I am going to try pulling more fuel jet out of it and will let you know.
