Has anyone tried the practice hand held tree's? if so did you like them and did they help. I live far from the track and need help cutting better lights. I have a break and delay box but still need help. I have lost a few races by reaction time alone. Any help would be great. Also our local track has led light, if I buy a hand held tree, should it also have led lights?

There is more to getting better at your reaction time than just using a practice tree dont get me wrong it will help but the best thing you can do is get the seat time. You have to race just about every weekend to get better and you will notice that you will go more rounds I didnt get my first win for two years I had a lot of 2nd and 3rd places I used to get so nervous in the final round I would red light
but as the more seat time you get that tends to go away
you will still be nervous just not as bad also getting to know your car how to stage the car the same every time.
I started back in 92 I won points at my local trac in 97 so it does take time with 23 1st place wins I hate to say it but im not that good any more I havent been pass 3rd round in about 2 years I just havent been able to race the last few years to now I just go every one in a while if I do good then so be it if not I sure had fun and thats what it is all about, hang in there competetion is getting tough good luck.
