Hey guys I was hoping someone could give me a little advice with my rear suspension, right now I have stock cut rear springs, UPR upper and lower control arms, stock shocks, Traction lock rear diff, mickey thompson drag radials, and Im having a problem with burning the **** out of my tires through first and second, Ive been trying to launch it different ways, but I can still burn the top of first gear, Im thinkin my rear suspension is squating like it should, I plan on getting some Strange 10 way shocks but Im not sure how much those were going to help, Ive been running like 12psi in the rear tires, I am running on the street which I know conditions arent as good but I think there should be something that would help my car out drastically, my car is an 88 coupe. Let me know what kind of sugestions you guys have. Thanks.

THE STRANGES ARE DEFFINATELY WORTH THE MONEY! be sure you dont overlook the front struts! the front needs to stay up and the rear needs to stay down!

You don't want it to squat. If it's squatting then it's unloading the rear tires. When a car squats it's actually trying to lift the rear tires off the ground which is unloading the tires. The new shocks may help ya. See my signature for some reading that may help you understand what is going on.

Thanks, I was maybe looking into running some different control arms such as, weight jackers and adjustable uppers, its seems like that kind of set up might work a little better on the street where my car is mostly ran, I dunno what you guys think about that.
