Will 275/60/15 MT drag radials fit on a '89 GT

Just as tiltle says, the wheels are 8" Weld Draglites with 5.5 back spacing. I dont want to cut any of the rear body molding. The quad shocks are removed. Will they fit?

yes.you'll probably have to roll your fender lip though,depending on ride height.
