largeest shot witha single foggger

what is the largest shot anyone has run through a single fogger nozzle.
please include jetting and nozzle type.(nos ,nx ,tnt ,etc)

I know of a local racer who is now in the 200+ MPH club(turbo)
That used to to run a large windsor with a single stage fogger. He would spray 600hp from home, no delay, no progressive. 600shot out of the gate till the traps

It really depends on what system your running and .....what the soleinoids will flow ....We spray 500 on one stage with an NX kit, But NX told us they would not flow any more than that. Plus I've been told that NOS Soleinoids with only flow enough to make 400 safely. I would check with your Nitrous kit manufactuer to see what that rate the kit you run at

It all depends on the engine combination and equipment used. To be honest, not sure what horsepower rating it would be, but I have known people to run single foggers with .054" jets. That is a lot of nitrous in a single hit for a small block Ford engine. I have heard rumors of larger jets but never witnessed it myself.

Speaking of this, one of the many tech projects we're working on here at the Race Pages Laboratory is a spray pattern test of wet nitrous nozzles. It's still a ways off from being ready for the magazine, but it's on the horizon.
