Well, I also have nothing but good things to say about Mark and his shop.

You can't just come out and shotgun blast somebody's name and then run and hide with no explanation.

Maybe turbo101 needs to learn People Skills 101

I've been happy with all the dealings I've had with Mark and Racecraft Inc. They even helped me out of a tight pinch recently. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Its not unusual for people to blast someone on the net, not fully explain the problem, then hide behind a network screen name.

Racecraft is a reputable shop, and I would assume they would work things out to everyone's satisfaction. I found that situations can usually be resolved in private conversations.

This thread is worthless, but for what its worth, they have helped me out over the phone with a product, in great detail, a few weeks ago that I didn't even buy from them.

I had talked to Mark about getting a nose, he said that he could have it done for me in 2 to 3 weeks. The reason I had ordered from them was because i was on a dead line for paint. I ordered it in Nov. it is now June still no nose. They charged my credit card the day i ordered it. I talked to mark about everyday on the phone, just kept making excuses, about 8 weeks after I ordered Mark said they where taking something to Garys shop and they would bring it to me. 2 days later Matt called with some story that it would not be here. I have tried to get my money back with no luck. so if you want to defend them maybe you could get my money for me. Also I know other people they have screwed just like me.

Your part is @ Racecraft Inc. and it is paid for. Because the supllier of the part was behind, Mark offered (NOT PROMISED)to get it 2 gary rohe's shop, but the person taking the other stuff out there backed out. So u either need to get it shipped 2 u or pic it up.
There are no retruns/refunds on special order parts and thats what that front clip of yours was.

I know this for a fact Don't take their website prices for granted.
I Drove all the way there for a piece of goddam aluminum tubing that states on the website $25.00 after talking to the secretary , I get there and they want to charge me $65.00 !

Have used Marks parts on both my Outlaw cars and had no problems. He is very helpful.
