menbership has not shown what to do?

If any one can help,
I joined the club last month and bought the one year membership, i was charged for this but i have still not recived any of membership stuff, I am really waiting for the rule book so i can get my car ready for next year. I have emailed to people at nmra but i have heard nothing? Can some please help me out here and tell me who to talk to.

Sean - it takes about 6-8 weeks to process your membership card and get your magazine on the way. We are sorry that you have not gotten any replies.

Thanks for the quick response but If it normally takes that long than why is there an option for next day are, 2 day air, 3 day and ground? I would not of paid for the quick delivery?

When you order the membership, it says "Ground Shipping Only" unfortuntely, the Yahoo! Store software that we use makes it impossible to remove those shipping options.

We send a refund check in the difference of the amount if you ordered 2/3 day air.
