Tim Lynch ran a 1.15 60ft, 3.03 to the 330ft, 4.52 at 168MPH testing today.
The car carried the front wheels in the air for over 200ft then broke traction going over the bump at the 330ft cone and the graph showed that it was bouncing off the rev limiter the rest of the way down the track. Lynch said it felt like if it had stayed hooked up it would have been in the 4.40's for sure.
This was in the HEAT! at only the 2nd track that they have run the new motor combo. It's going to be real interesting this fall in the cool weather at a great track. Maybe the first 4.30's run on 10.5's. HOLY S%$#:D
