Soldier in need

I really need ya'lls help. I'm helpin an NCO find performance parts for his 06 Expedition with a 3V 5.4L. Problem is, his budget doesnt match what he wants. Right now he wants a cat-back system for under $300 that is easy to install, gives a large hp and torque gain, and is loud, but not obnoxious. The only systems I know of that match every requirement, I wouldnt put on my little sisters go-cart. Anyone have any suggestions? I'd reall appreciate your help.
