I dont think RACEWARE has been completely out of line but the customer service after the sale has definatley left me not wanting to go back. I called Bogart 1st about the wheels I wanted and they were no help at all as far as what size and back space to go with, it is my opinion that when spending that much on wheels a little help is not to much to expect. I did some research and found a couple of people that REALLY liked the service they got from RACEWARE. I called RACEWARE what seemed like after hours and a guy named Dave answered and proceeded to give me lots of info regarding what I was trying to do (unlike Bogart), So I ordered the wheels from him. The 3 weeks build time that I was told rolled around and no one had taken the money out of my account so I called Dave just to see what he could tell me and thats when things started to go south. Dave acted bothered that I called and let me know that he was at a "show" and couldnt check on anything. That was on a Wednesday, I said "so you mean you cant tell me anything at all til MONDAY ?" "Nope", "K Thanks....click". I call back on Monday cause I got the back 2 but no stems or lugs or front wheels, so I called Dave just to see if he could tell me anything on the fronts, Dave acts bothered by my call AGAIN and tells me that they've been out of town and he had no idea. I had to explain 4 times that I already had the back 2 and that I was checking on the fronts (to no avail). I get the fronts Wed. but still dont have anything to put them on with. I call Dave again and this time I make the remark "I hate to bug you again" which should have sent up a flag but didnt. I inquired about the hardware and Dave said that stuff ships from RACEWARE and went out yesterday. Well I've had my Bogarts a week and still can't put them on the car. I hope I don't have to call Dave back.
