Tuner for Electromotive Tec3

I'm look for a tuner that does Electromotive Tec3. Needs to be in the Ohio area. A friend on mine bought a car with that system on it. It needs retuned because the combo has been changed. I have called 2 well known tuners in the Detroit are with no luck, they only burn chips or do FAST systems. Any help would be great, would like to get it done ASAP.

I know it's not in Ohio, but depending where you are it might not be too far. Bob Kennedy is in western NY by Niagra, and he sells and tune his own branded custom Electromotive kits. I have worked with Bob several times and he knows his stuff.
