Thinking about going this route since two foggers arent legal for what I want to run.

I heard a myth about using a plate with a fogger that one or both of them end up being super fat??

Any real world experience would be a bonus for me, but will listen to all knowledge.
Thanks

A plate and direct port system will work fine together.

I drove a car clear back in 1992 that was the first single four barrel doorslammer in the sixes and over 200 MPH and we had a cast single four with one direct port system and a plate. Ended up running consistant 6.80's at @203MPH. It all seemed fine together !! LOL

I still work with a lot of guys with this type of set up as well today......

Hope this helps.... Steve

Thanks for the reply , Steve.
Do you deal in any specific brand? I am still shopping for the fogger kit , but already have the plate system and have used it this past year.
I have gone 5.66 with the plate only and am planning a cam and convertor change , since these two things were bought used to get me going last year. I am wanting to go some 5 teens with both kits on a 28x10.5S.
If you are a dealer could you please pm me a price for a fogger kit .... I dont need a bottle , but will need everything else (inlcuding the -6 feed) .
Thanks again

Stephen, I work for Edelbrock and attend about 35 races a year. I can work with you on a kit or I do custom plumbing, installation, and flowing of systems as well. If you would like you can give me a call at 815-341-8853. If I miss your call just leave a name and number and I'll call you back. I'll be on the road tomorrow quite a bit and will have time to talk I'm sure. Talk soon, Steve
