Just curious which brand/style parachute everyone is running, and pros/cons, likes/dislikes, etc.
The wolfe chute mount should be here any day, and have hopefully saved up enough to get a chute soon.

Thanks for any replies/advice/thoughts.

Have a great holiday season!

I recommend the Stroud. Very easy to pack, It doesn't take 2 people like other brands.

J/K - the first time I packed it up, I felt like I was all thumbs. But it does get easier with time. However I'd gladly take a second set of hands when it comes to keeping the pilot chute spring compressed when closing the bag.

I have no experience with other brands, but Bob Stroud is a fun guy to talk to on the phone, and the customer service has been great.

BTW - chutes are rated based on the weight of your car and trap speed. Do some homework before making your selection.

It's been a while since I packed a chute, but I'm sure I could figure it out.
