What stock 5.0 cam to use?

I am trying to figure out which of the 5.0 cams is the one to have. 86-88,89-95 or cobra and how to identify them. I am converting my Lightning to a roller set up and need a stock style cam to live with speed density. I thought you guys might know best or know where to point me.

Thanks! Do you know of any stampings on the cam. I keep hearing everyone talk about a cam that has Z E by the distributor gear.

That or buy a "spec" stock cam from Anderson Ford Motorsport.
