No idea, but I do remember Mike Post and Mitchell running that fast at Silver Dollar two years ago, and maybe even last year too...
Why, are the clocks off in that lane?

not saying that it isnt possible but, isnt that the lane that Urist also ran 196mph last year?

In the past, the right lane had been varying, sometimes just a little high and sometimes a P/S car could go 200 MPH. I think 1 R/S broke 400 mph on one pass.

Just talked with the guys a little over one hour ago 4pm CST. They were done with qualifying in HS. Watching some other Pro 50 and SSO, and Outlaw 10.5. So they should all be done by now......Good question, maybe some uploading problems like they had in Florida, wireless internet wasn't too hot there.

Mike Curcio ran a .66 in testing.
That was NOT in HS NMRA trim, the reality was his 9.0x in qualifying:rolleyes:

I'm reinstating my offer from last season of a three-day ban for anybody who complains about when the results are posted...
With that said, yes, the connection at the track isn't super-great. We also have just two guys down there, and in addition to their normal RP editorial duties, they're also helping out with the segments for NMRATV. Jason and Greg know that getting results posted is not a life-and-death matter, but if they come back without enough photos to do race coverage, interviews, tech articles, and the rest of the magazine stuff, I will personally kill them.
To help reduce the delay, they'll be sending me the "raw feed" each day, which I will edit and post from here at the home office. But before I do, I'm going to make sure that I read and reply to every post asking where the results are first, just to make sure that everybody on the board knows we're taking the issue seriously...
Hey Paul, ah, where are the results?
LOL, kidding, but at least some people are really interested in seeing what's going on. That can't be a bad thing.

Certainly, can understand not every facility will have the greatest conections, as I said before there was a similar problem at Bradenton?! Hopefully, your guys can overcome! I'll be patiently and gratefully awaiting them efforts!

Paul
I understand race coverage is number 1 but what else do we have to do while waiting except give you a hard time:D .
Bye the way, why are you in the home office and not at the track:confused: .
You are allways at the track.

Somebody has to get the June issue out the door... ;)
I am leaving this race in the capable hands of Thumbhead and Donut, as I had a number of other obligations to fulfill back here at the Home Office. But I'll be handling the web updates (and complaint desk) this weekend, so I get all the fun and excitement of actually being at the event without the plane flight.
