I blowbyeracing sent jmoody 45 the money for the4 lugdragliteson 02-23-07 to his paypal account. I talk to jason and he said that he shipped the wheeandtires .I waitfor thewheelsand tires.Soicall him and callhim no answer.so ie-mailhim no answer.So last week we talk and he told me that he would shippedthe wheel and tires. Icall him this week and no answer.NMRA this isnot a guy to buy from .Does anybody knowJmoody45or Jason.Ihave been screwed and have no wheels and tires.

If you used paypal, you can file a claim and get your money back. It may take a couple of weeks but you'll get your money.

when you file a complaint to paypal they will open up a dispute between you and the seller and give 10 days for the seller to respond and settle the dispute if the seller does not respond and settle the dispute you will get your money and he will lose the right to use paypal

I talked to paypal about disputes and such and they can only do something for you if you buy off E-bay. I'm not sure if anyone has had a claim work out in their favor when buying from another source but that is what paypal told me first hand. Unless the lady didn't know what she was talking about.
