comp cam roller lifter??????

anyone have any problems with comp solid roller lifters? I have always had good luck with them. can they handle .850 lift and 8000 rpm????? thanks Scott

I know I had them with .822 lift @ 7500 after a year they failed. I'm not sure how many runs but maybe 70-80 and a couple street runs. I guess the 900lbs open spring pressure killed them. The needle bearings in the lifter gave away and chewed up the cam. I expected it though with that kind of lift and spring pressure. I am going to change the lifters every six months now.
