Tell me the part number I need for some Oliver Billet rods, for 7/16th rod bolts ?? I looked but couldnt find it on their site. Im going built in my Lightning and am highly considering the Billet rods for it. Also which would be stronger H beam or I beam ?? Thanks.

Oliver changed their rod bolts to 3/8" ARP2000 in their modular billet I beams. If you have an old set with the 7?16", we can get replacements thru them or ARP.

Rod selection is based off rpms, piston size / weight and application. Most manufacturers will tell you 700 bhp or 600 rwhp on H beams and 700+ on I beams. There are many H beams on the street making more than that. So!!!
