I have a PA C4 that I bought from someone with zero miles.
I put it in the car with a custom tranny mount I welded up. It
vibrates bad above 50mph. The pinion angle was off but I fixed
that and it still vibrates. I moved my shifter back and thru the
hole in the floor I can see the tail of the tranny vibrating over
50mph. Its a rhythmic vibration that varies according to speed.
Gear/rpm doesn't matter.
When I installed my new yoke, I hammered the u-joint in with
the yoke installed. Very stupid of me :( Do you think I could
have bent the yoke or output shaft? I have 3.73s gears and
this vibration didn't happen with my old aode.
Any ideas? What should I do?
