The Toyo Tires NMRA Michigan event at Milan Dragway, June 15-17, is shaping up to be a big weekend for blue oval enthusiasts. NMRA Michigan, the third stop of the NMRA Keystone Automotive Ford Drag Racing Series, will feature several pre-event special activities that will help spark what will definitely be a great weekend of Ford racing and performance.
Roush Performance Open House:
Roush Performance, the sponsor of NMRA’s Modular Muscle class, is hosting an Open House on Thursday, June 14th, from 5:00PM to 8:00PM. Scheduled activities include a Roush Fenway Racing drivers autography session, a competition between two teams from the Roush Engine Build Department including dyno runs, vehicle displays and much more. Ford Racing Media Invitational:
Ford Racing Performance Parts is using the NMRA Michigan event as an awesome venue to invite the automotive press to test drive all-new Ford vehicles while encouraging some competition on the track. Check out the editors of Hot Rod, 5.0 Mustang, Muscle Mustangs, Motor Trend, and Race Pages battle each other on the quarter-mile for bragging rights. The Ford Racing Media Invitational will take place on Friday, June 15th, and Saturday, June 16th.

Work for Ford? If so, you will get to enjoy a special employee day on Thursday, June 14th, from 11:00AM to 2:00PM at Ford World Headquarters. Special activities include NASCAR vehicle displays as well as other motorsport presentations. Come out and meet the people who put the blue oval in the winners circle.
