It is now 16 days till Joliet.

This has been complete unprofessional handling of mid season rules changes!
I have been told for three months now that “We will have them post by the end of the week”. This has been told to all that have asked about them…
The RS class was told at Milan that there will be changes made to it… Really What the heck are they…? How the heck are we suppose to get ready for the next event when we don’t know what we will be working with!!!!!!!!
Now it is too close to another race to get things ready and tested …
Does anyone in the NMRA remember what it takes to build, maintain and race a heads up car?
Do you how long it takes to get custom parts fabricated.. For instance the one off pulley sizes you guys come up with.. It takes about two weeks to have a good one made..14 Days. Then what about scheduling a dyno cession? I don’t think all of us have them in our garages! Then what about testing? You can only test when a track is open not anytime we want to and most tracks have scheduled events..
Do you see what I’m getting at?

You guys really need to start thinking of the RACERS

Mike Bruns posted on the NMCA site that the rules for both sides would be posted on 7/4. I agree, this is way too late.

So the rules are done....
The meetings were last week....
and we have to wait till the 4th to get them so the NMRA will be on holiday/vacation and they will not be able to take the complaints from everyone...

WOW that gives us 14 days (two weeks) to get ready for the biggest event of the season.

How is this professional???
