I'm getting my car ready for next season, I know I won't make it for this season... But I was just curious if the new intake manifold that Trick Flow came out with will be legal for next season???? I'm bolting everything together now on the motor and i'm still without a manifold... I don't want to go waste $1200 on a bullitt intake if I can use the Trick Flow one instead. Does someone know???????????????

If you just whine and cry about it to the rules makers you might get it, it has worked for some people. But, since the 2Vs are going low 40s and just got weight put on them, I don't think they are going to get an intake. Besides, Steve uses a stock intake anyway....

I wouldn't count on it being legal. The stock plastic intake for the 4.6 2V actually performs better than any of the intakes legal for the 5.0 pushrods combinations.

I guess I'll just go with the Bullitt. I'll just have to suck it up if they change the rules. LOL
I'm looking forward to next season.
