Body Taping ?

Does the rule that says no taping of body apply to the 3M type clear bra material - anyone know for sure ?

The intent of the rule is to prevent racers from closing up the body seams for aerodynamic purposes. Using the 3M tape to do that would clearly be against the intent of the rule, so I think I'm pretty safe in saying that it wouldn't be allowed.
