installing cage

i'm also going to atco, i'm in the process of installing a cage right now. it will not be done by the race. my question is, does my interior have to be complete. i don't want to put it back in before the race. i'm not going to need it to be legal, because the blower won't be on so i'll be running NA. i don't have a rule book, just whats on the website and it doesn't say anything about the interior.
