My situation is getting bleaker by the day. Various setbacks in the shortblock assembly are really sucking away at our time. I'd say there's a 10% chance I'll make it.

tested car sun with good results, that is until i checked the car out tues and found the block was broke. took motor out last night, looks pretty bad 1 more pass and it would have been a repeat of atco. even worse i only ran the car with this shortblock at bg,ky. i don't know if i will have parts for r302 block in time so we'll see

Don't know now. One more piece, one more frigin piece. If it actually runs and gets aligned, I should be there as planned. Man, it seems like everybody is having little hold ups, lol. Reynolds will be packed. :D

I just have to throw some paint on the torque boxes after welding them up. Set the pinion angle and hit the dyno Tuesday. If all goes well on the dyno, we are leaving Wed for Florida.
