Funny car cage..prices for welding

I was wondering if some people could give me some prices they paid to have their full cage + funny car cage welded in, tigged.

pre assembled or joints and bases? Preassembled I paid almost 200.00 for the work, including cleaning up and coating. To do joints and bases non assmebled such as a 10 point cage in car weld, I have heard of people paying in the neighborhood of almost 500.00.

Chromoly? Custom or pre fabbed?

Chromoly custom, you can figure some were in the neighborhood of $1000 to 2000.

This is what I have priced and what I have heard from others.

Now the chassis shop putting in my 12 pt S&W is doing it all for $200. That is making the cage fit me, not just stick and weld.
