Is that by chance his OLD Coupe he used to run back in the day, only repainted and redone?

John tells us that they bought the car for a few hundred bucks from somebody local - it was a 4-cylinder car with front-end damage, if you can believe it! Turned out nice, eh?

Pretty sweet ride, but what happened to the old car and why the switch? Did somone else buy the other car for SSO compeition? Just curious, thanks for the updates!

John still has the other car. Like he explained in the StangTV interview, he built this car to aid in safety, speed, and convenience. John had some stuff that he wanted to try out, and he felt that the best option as far as the long term was to build this new car. He has been racing the same car for 7 years, with a bunch of updates and felt that to better his racing program, and to increase safety, a new car was in order.
