I've never had a problem with the tint on my windows, but it probably really comes down to the individual track officials.

Ive heard The tech officals making peolpe take it off in the other class race cars...Didnt know if it was the same for the street car class or not....Hate to drive all the way to the race and be told I have to peel the tint off.Id rather know ahead of time that way Im not wasting a trip.

I've run quite a few true street events and the nmra techs have never had an issue with tinted windows.
I can't guarantee that a particular track isn't going to enforce a no tinted windows policy, but I sincerely doubt it. I've had tinted windows on my car for as long as I can remember and no track official has ever had an issue with it.
