Aside from mounting locations, is there any performance advantage to either of the kits?? I have the street kit and would like to know the diff(if any).

Thanks!
Jason

There are many things different between a 2000 and 2000r......first off the street kit has a curved discharge, the "r" has a straight discharge. The volute on a "r" is extrude honed" as the "street" isnt. The impeller is a different material and better bearings on the "r"......the street isnt treated or anything.....but it is still a strong blower no doubt....."real street has gone 10.20's with it with more to come......we are a paxton wholesaler and have had great success with every novi we have done......great brackets and top notch workmanship......granted they had some "bearing rumors" going around but as with all companies u will always have a problem develope soon or later.....matter of fact i had a customers p1sc blow up a few weeks ago.......jimmy @ laroccas said he has never heard of one doing that.....so it happens to everyone. Give me a call or email me.....i can take photos of the "r spec" one we have on the shelf and what not so u can see the differences..........kevin @ wicked......732-904-9000

I currently run the NOVI 2000 street system. I was wondering if Paxton offered any upgrades or trade-ups for the street kit. Also where in Brick are you located at? I would like to stop down and check out the shop one of these days. It's always nice to have a shop thats local to help with advice and service.

Thanks so much, Scott K

im not sure what they offer as in trade ups but they dont offer a renegade spec novi in a curved discharge.......so u would need to get the driver side mounting brackets and so forth........thats the good thing about the "ys" trim it is offered in a passenger side mount also......and spence hart has shown how fast that unit can go........as well as billy bob with the driver side one..........our shop is located one town over from brick in wall....lol yeah i know its funny i live in "brick" right next to a town "wall". we are exit 98 off the gsp.......or at the end of rt 70 east. kevin @ wicked
