What would you do differently to your Mustang that you compete in
Super Stang with? Minor bolt on N/A? Blower? Turbo? Nitrous? Street car? Street/Strip car? Trailer only car?

I have a thing for the 4 headlight foxes. Had i not gotten in so deep I would like to have done a tt 4.6 with a bit of spray. :)
There's no option for -Wouldn't do anything different........
I like my bolt on/cam set-up. Have spent alot of time improving a little at a time. Have enjoyed the journey, instead of jumping right to the big power and the issues that come with it.

After helping and watching Blair Brannocks T/S coupe run 8.84@161 my next build will def. involve a turbo.

I would have done things a bit different, but the outcome would have been the same.
Knowing what I know now about the Power potential of the 3 valve motor, I would have built a 1/8 Mile car instead of a 1/4 mile car.

Before we went modding the hell out of my wife's car it was dead on as an N/A bolt on car. She was running 12.85, sometimes 3 of them in a row with qualifying in MM, even with differing tack and weather conditions. Now we have a single turbo on it, fun to drive but consistency is out the door. I think in the S197 a weight of 3500 pounds and rear wheel horsepower of 285, MT ET bias ply tires and 3.55 gears is a perfect combo, even with a stick. Just leaves the brunt of the work for the starting line with reaction times.

I would have been on the brakes @ 1315 feet in the Bowling Green final last year... Now, everytime I go down the race track - that is in the back of my head. I've got one saved up for him!

I stayed home because I thought you where going. No need for me to go anywhere if racers of your caliber are there. Please advise me if you or if you are not going, I am too weak to tackle you.

No really I had Electrical licensing continuing education classes through Friday in Indiana. Plan on going to Maple Grove however, hope to see you there, I know you have to be anxious to get back in the winner's circle.

If I get this thing back together with the new stroker before Michigan you better weld the doors shut on that thing and hang on to the wheel with both hands, Slick.
