Attention all NMRA Drag Racing competitors, we just passed the mid-season point as the first three events came up in rapid succession. It is that time of the year that the Tech Department has requested that all Mid-Season Rule Requests be turned in by Friday the 13th. The Tech Department is trying to expedite the process to get any adjustments and rule modifications handled in a quick and decisive manner. We value all of your input and while not all requests are granted, each one is studied and determined if it is in the best interest of the category. Any performance-related vehicle adjustments that apply to an NMRA category that has not completed eliminations from Pennsylvania will take effect following the completion of the Ohio event. That includes VP Racing Street Outlaw, Edelbrock Renegade, ProCharger Coyote Modified, Race Pages Coyote Stock, and American Racing Headers Factory Stock. The elimination rounds from Pennsylvania as well as qualifying and eliminations for Ohio will be contested under the rules in place at the start of the Pennsylvania event. This applies only to performance-related vehicle adjustments such as but not limited to minimum weight changes. Any policy or General Regulation changes will take effect immediately.
